TeamViewer, the German software developer, has released its mid-term revenue growth projections following the completion of its acquisition of 1E, an IT company specializing in digital employee experience (DEX) management tools. The acquisition, finalized in January 2025, allows TeamViewer to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for tackling IT issues, from proactive auto-remediation to remote expert support, enhanced by AI. TeamViewer anticipates sustained double-digit revenue growth from fiscal year 2027 onwards, driven by its updated strategic plan. This plan aims to leverage digital transformation across both IT and operational technology (OT) environments, offering high-impact automation solutions for desk and frontline workers.
For the mid-term period of 2026-2028, TeamViewer projects revenues of 850 million to 870 million euros for fiscal 2026, 935 million to 960 million euros for fiscal 2027, and 1.03 billion to 1.06 billion euros for fiscal 2028. The company also expects its adjusted earnings per share to be 70% higher in fiscal 2028 compared to fiscal 2024 for standalone TeamViewer. In fiscal year 2024, TeamViewer's revenue was 671 million euros, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 44%. The company's strategic plan focuses on two growth engines: IT, where digital maturity is advanced, and OT, where TeamViewer aims to capitalize on IT-OT convergence.
TeamViewer's CEO, Oliver Steil, highlighted the company's strong Enterprise ARR growth of 21% year-over-year at the end of 2024, emphasizing the relevance of TeamViewer's solutions for customers across industries, use cases, and regions. CFO Michael Wilkens noted that 2024 was another strong year, with significant revenue growth and enhanced profitability. The company saw consistent success in closing large-volume deals in the last quarter of the year, driven by demand for long-term contracts. TeamViewer is integrating 1E's technology to develop intelligent endpoints and eliminate friction from the digital workplace.
TeamViewer's Q4 2024 results showed a 15% increase in net income to 34.69 million euros, up from 30.27 million euros the previous year. Earnings per share grew 23% to 0.22 euro. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 33% to 83.0 million euros, with the adjusted EBITDA margin improving to 47%. Revenue for the quarter increased by 8% to 177.0 million euros. The number of subscribers grew 2% to 644,000. Looking ahead to fiscal year 2025, TeamViewer anticipates continued topline growth, with pro forma ARR expected to grow between 7.5% and 10.8%, and pro forma revenue to grow between 5.1% and 7.7%.
